Today the record sales look like this:
Gasonlin' - first record - over 25.000 copies
second record   over 25.000   "
third record   over 40.000   "
and Kim Larsen's solo record - over 40.000 copies.

These figures may not seem all that impressive at first sight; but it should
be remembered that selling 40.000 records in Denmark (which, incidentally,
produces a Gold Disc here) should in fact be compared to the sale in USA
of two million copies or, to put it like this: one Dane out of one hundred
bought the record!

For the recording of the third LP Roy T. Baker from the British Trident Studios
came over here. Roy as previously produced Zappa, Lindisfarne, an Dr. John,
and he successfully brought out the originality of the Danish group as well.

This third LP was produced in Danish as well as in English, with the latter version
being also a great success.

Even now - before the actual release - this record has had a tremendous reception
by those, who have been lucky enough to hear it.

And all this means, that very soon Kim Larsen, lead singer - Frantz Beckerlee,
guitar - Wili Jönsson, bass and Søren Berler, drums, will be ready to go on
stage anywhere in the world.
